Security is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.

We store any information you enter on our website. This includes personal information such as your first and last name, home or business address, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses. The information you provide is not shared with non-authorized third parties. We may share your information, as only necessary as possible, with companies related to your travel itinerary such as airlines, hotels, ground handling companies, local tour companies, sponsors and other suppliers.

Reservation Policies

Guarantee policy:

All reservations require a valid credit card at time of booking, security code must be included . Information must be complete, if missing data reservation will not be honor. Every reservation will be charge 1 night at the moment the hotel recived it and is not refundable, if the credit card is invalid or declined, the reservation will be cancel inmediatly.

Cancellation policy:

Any cancellation made with 72hrs before arrival date will have no penalty. Any cancellation made after 72 hrs. Prior to the arrival date will be penalized with the total cost of the reservation and will be NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

The Hotel do not accept any cancellation or modification within a period of 3 days prior to the arrival date and after their registration at the hotel. The total amount of the reservation is NON REFUNDABLE.

No show policy:

If No Show occurs, full stay fee will be charged.

Extra person charge:

Extra person charge is for $185.00 MXN per extra person in room.

Children policy:

Up to 9 years old minors are considered children. 10 years old and older will be charged as adults; 2 children under 10 years old can share the room with 2 adults.

Pets policy:

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Oversold policy:

In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
